Pickin' Maters

Well, the kids had such a busy weekend, that I decided to post more pics...here they are on Sunday at Papaw Tuck's pickin' tomatoes from the big tomato pots. Most of this summer's tomatoes are gone, but the kids are still having fun! Papaw Tuck and Grandma always have a garden in the summer, and this year's garden is really great! Besides tomatoes, they have squash, okra, eggplant, peppers, and peas. Every weekend the kids look forward to picking tomatoes and bringing them home to eat during the week! We have really enjoyed their garden!

Ya-Ya and Pa Paw Horton took the kids to see the Firefighters Memorial which made a stop in Malvern. The City was having a celebration in honor of the Memorial, with a Fun Dunk booth (Trevor dunked the lady several times!), antique firetrucks, freebies, and real firefighters. Trevor wore his little fireman's uniform (which is so cute!) for a quick photo, and Sarah, not to be left out, also wore a fireman's hat and had her photo taken. Someone from the Malvern newspaper was there, so Trevor may be in the newspaper. It was a fun day for the kids, and I think Ya-Ya and Pa Paw enjoyed it too!
