Trevor was recently chosen as one of 10 students to represent his school in the county youth art show. We were surprised and are SO PROUD of him. There were only 2 kids chosen from the entire 1st grade, and he was one of the two. His picture was a "mixed media" picture he made in Art class with Tempera paint and crayons. It was a picture of a truck delivering Cokes. So cute! There was a reception held at the atrium at SMH where the art was displayed, and he was so proud to show everyone his art work. He didn't place, but received an Honorable Mention. He cannot wait to get his picture home. We plan to frame it and hang it in his room.
