First Day of School

Today is Trevor's first day of kindergarten. It's hard to believe...where have the last 5 years gone?! He was excited and ready to start. He loves the classroom and his teacher, Mrs. Goff. Here are some photos of the first day of school.

Summer Fun

The boys went camping this past week. It was Trevor's second camping trip with Daddy. This time they visited Blanchard Springs Caverns. Afterwards, they stayed at the campground, swam in the springs, and went trout fishing in the lake. Jody got some great photos and Mommy and Sarah were a little bit jealous of their trip even though it was July and HOT. Of course, the cool caverns and the nearby swimming hole made the weather tolerable. They had a great time and even had some stories to tell about a very persistent raccoon who visited their campsite every night. Trevor loves the outdoors as much as his Daddy!

Soccer Camp

The kids are going to soccer camp this week. This is the first year that Sarah has been old enough to go. We weren't sure how she would do or if she would like it, but she absolutely LOVES it so far! When we asked her if she liked soccer camp, she said, "Yes, I like it MORE than Trevor!" The kids are going to camp with their friends Weston, Robert, and Kaitlyn, and also with their cousins Mikah and Knox, so it's lots of fun because they already know several other players. Here are some photos of the first day of camp. Trevor kept looking over his shoulder trying to run faster than Mikah and the girls and Knox were giggling the whole time. It was so cute! Glad to see them enjoying themselves.

Happy 4th y'all!

God Bless America! We've had a wonderful Fourth of July weekend this year. One thing we did is that we took the kids to the lake to see the fireworks yesterday. We had a great view from Mom and Dad's, and it was our first time to watch them at their new house. What fun! Watermelon, family, and a fireworks display. What a great country we live in!!! Just feeling so thankful right now. Jody took some photos of the kids watching the fireworks but they would not stop moving.
