Today our little boy took a big step--he graduated from preschool! What a wonderful and happy day it was for all of us. This class of 14 boys and girls have been together for the past two years (at least most of them). They have grown together and learned so much! Mrs. Kie said more than once in the past couple of months, "There's nothing else for me to teach them!" and "They are ready for kindergarten". It was just precious to watch them walk across that bridge today and get their diplomas--so symbolic and sweet. Mama cried a little bit, but it was so gratifying and amazing to watch them. They are growing up and have so much to look forward to. We cannot wait to see what next year brings! Congrats Trev!

Playin' ball and fire safety
Trevor has really enjoyed playing baseball this year, and we have all enjoyed going to his games. He still has great enthusiam for the game, so that makes it fun for all of us! His preschool also went to the fire station today, which was lots of fun. Firemen are still probably his biggest heroes, so seeing real firemen at the station with all of their gear was pretty cool. Of course, Mom and little sis got to tag along so sister got her photo taken with the ladder truck too!

Easter Party
Trevor had his preschool Easter Party today, and both of the kids really enjoyed it. The Easter Bunny made a surprise visit and hid eggs for the kids so they had an egg hunt which was lots of fun! It was a perfect spring day. At one point, Sarah found an egg in a tree and she exclaimed "OH MY GOSH!" which made all of the parents laugh. All of the kids got to have their photos taken with the bunny and each child received a chocolate bunny in addition to the filled eggs they found. Afterwards, they went back inside to enjoy ice cream with all of the toppings imaginable. The day rounded off with play time outside in the backyard playground. Both kids had a blast, but Sarah was in heaven. She has envied her brother getting to go to preschool and play on the playground for 2 years. She really enjoyed getting a glimpse of his world and it was good for her. She will be going to the same preschool this fall, and she absolutely cannot wait!
