The Cardinals played their last regular game of the season last night. They played the Blue Devils which was his friend Evan's team. The game was tied and they played an extra inning to break the tie. The Cardinals scored 6 runs and got some outs finally, and managed to win the game. Everyone was excited!
It was a late game, and by the time we stayed for an extra inning and for the presentation of trophies it was really late! The parents presented the two coaches with gift cards to local restaurants. It was a great ending to a great season. Trevor was a little teary-eyed when it was over because he really loved this team and Coach Trey. We think he is one of the best!
